GENERAL QUERIES

You'll find a size guide for each product, under the 'Size Chart' tab on the corresponding product page. Here you can find your size based on your height and weight.

If you're still unsure of the size that would fit you best, please drop us a message on Facebook / Instagram, or email us at contact@porradafightwear.com, where our team are standing by, happy to help.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, and we generally answer all our emails and messages within 24 hours.

We're only able to make changes to orders that have not yet been dispatched.Once your order is processed or dispatched, it can no longer be amended.

To make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, by emailing us at contact@porradafightwear.com.

We're only able to make changes to delivery information for orders that are yet to be dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, please contact your local post office or mail centre, and ask that they amend your delivery address.

We don't currently have any physical stores, we sell solely via our website.

PAYMENT

All transactions are encrypted using SSL to ensure your payment card details and other sensitive data are fully protected.

We use Shopify Payment and Paypal to process our payments, and these companies have high security standards in place to protect your information when shopping online.

We accept payments via credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), and PayPal as well.
You can choose your method of payment when placing your order.

Our standard shipping rate is $4.95 USD.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

Worldwide Shipping

Shipping to all countries not included in the previous list will costs $9.95 USD.

We offer shipping options to various countries in the world, but please note that customers are responsible for any customs or duty taxes applicable in their respective countries.

All orders are dispatched within 72 hours.
Please find our shipping times below:

  • US: 2 to 7 days
  • Australia, Canada & New Zeland: 5 to 9 days
  • Europe: 5 to 12 days
  • Middle East & Asia: 6 to 14 days

Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email allowing you to track your order status.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive another email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order.

If you haven't received your tracking information after a few days following your date of purchase, please check your spam folder.

If you still haven't received anything after checking your spam folder, please get in touch via email at contact@porradafightwear.com, and we'll send you the tracking information.

We ship to various countries around the world, and rules and laws can differ from one country to another. In case your country requires any customs and duty taxes, please note that you will be responsible for paying these fees.

Occasionally, an order containing more than one item may be dispatched in multiple packages, so please don't worry if you don't receive your entire order at once. Any missing items should arrive within a few days of your first delivery.

If in doubt, please don't hesitate to get in touch by emailing contact@porradafightwear.com and we'll be happy to check the status of your order.

If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order, then delivery will either be re-attempted, or your order will be made available for collection at your local post office or parcel collection point.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

You are free to return your order, for any reason, within 30 days.

To do this, your order must meet the following conditions:
- The product must have been purchased through our website.
- The product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
- Your refund or exchange must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at contact@porradafightwear.com and we will send you the return instructions.
Please note that return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

If you'd rather not receive a refund, we can exchange your item.

If you wish to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please email us at contact@porradafightwear.com and we will send you the exchange instructions.

If your item doesn't fit, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for a different size.

Please send us your request, within 7 days, to contact@porradafightwear.com and we will send you the return/exchange instructions.

We do our best to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service, however, there may be occasions whereby you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item.

In the unlikely event that this occurs, please send us your order number and a photo of the item(s), within 7 days to contact@porradafightwear.com.

We will do our utmost to rectify the situation as quickly as possible and to send you replacements.

Returns will be confirmed with 7 days following receipt of the package into one of our warehouses.

Once your return has been accepted, the refund or exchange will be processed within 2 working days.

Your refund will be issued to the card or payment method you used when placing your order, and you will receive a confirmation email once this has been processed.

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reach your account.
