Return and Refund Policy
Our policy is to accept returns for 30 days. You can return your order to us, for any reason, within 30 days from the purchase date.
Unfortunately, we're unable to accept exchange or refund requests after this period.
To return an order, it must comply with the following conditions:
- The item must have been purchased on our website
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- The request for a refund or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please do not return your item to us without first contacting us.
Exchanges
In the event that your item doesn't suit you or is defective, we can offer an exchange.
If you would like to request an exchange, you can do so by emailing contact@porradafightwear.com and we will send you the return instructions, and process your exchange upon receipt of your item.
Refunds
To request a refund, please contact us by email at contact@porradafightwear.com and we will send you the return instructions.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will automatically be returned to the payment card or method you used, within 5 working days.
Please note that return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Late or missing refunds
Once we have processed your refund, you should receive the funds within 5 working days. This delay is beyond our control and depends on your bank. Some banks may take a little longer to make the funds available.
If you haven't received your refund within 5 working days, please double check your bank statement and contact your bank for clarification.
