What does Porrada mean?
The word porrada is widely used in the jiu jitsu world. It literally means punch or brawl, but it also represents a mindset.
Everyday Porrada is the Brazilian version of No Pain No Gain. It is the idea that every day is a battle, and progress comes from discipline and consistency on the mats.
