Can I wear these fight shorts for both BJJ and MMA?
Yes. They are made for BJJ, NoGi grappling, MMA and combat sports training, and give you full freedom of movement for takedowns, guard work and striking.
Can I wear spats under fight shorts?
Yes, and many grapplers do. Spats under shorts protect your legs from mat burn and are a common NoGi setup. Check the rulebook of your event before competing.
How do I wash fight shorts?
Close the velcro and drawcords, machine wash cold with a mild detergent and air dry. No bleach, no fabric softener and no dryer.
