Rash Guards

BJJ Rash Guards Built for Hard Rounds

A good rash guard disappears once the round starts. Every Porrada rash guard has a silicone anti slip band at the waist, so it stays tucked when you invert, play guard or scramble back to your feet. The compression fit sits flat against your body, which leaves your partner nothing to grab in NoGi, and the reinforced stitching holds up when someone is pulling on your arm for a kimura.

Designs That Never Crack or Fade

Our designs are sublimated into the fabric instead of printed on top, so the Mizu wave, the Kaido Dragon or the Mystical Lion look as sharp after a year of training as on day one. Want a full kit? Most designs come with matching fight shorts and BJJ spats.

Long Sleeve, Short Sleeve or Ranked

Long sleeve rash guards protect your forearms and elbows from mat burn, the default choice for NoGi and colder gyms. Short sleeve runs cooler and keeps your arms free for MMA, striking and summer sessions. Competing at an IBJJF event? Pick a ranked rash guard in your belt color: white, blue, purple, brown or black. Rash Guard FAQ

What is your sizing like?

Our rash guards have a compression fit. Check our size chart to find your size, and if you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Not sure? Email us at contact@porradafightwear.com and we will help you choose.

Will my rash guard ride up during rolls?

No. Every Porrada rash guard has a silicone anti slip band at the waist that keeps the hem in place through inversions, scrambles and guard work.

Can I wear my rash guard for the gym or water sports?

Yes. Our rash guards are made for BJJ, MMA and combat sports, and they work just as well for weight training, surfing, swimming, snorkeling or under a wetsuit, with UV protection outdoors. Rinse after saltwater sessions.

Can I wear a rash guard under my gi?

Yes. Many grapplers wear one under the gi jacket for an extra layer of protection and less friction. Women often wear one under the gi, and many tournaments require it.

How do I wash my rash guard?

Turn it inside out, machine wash cold with a mild detergent and air dry. No bleach, no fabric softener, no dryer and no iron.
